END TO END CORE HR ACTIVITIES
To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, talent management, and facilities management services.
Responsible to screen candidates, assess their skills and guide them through the onboarding process.
1:Appointing the required staff in-co-ordination with other departments
2:Verifying resumes and performing reference and background checks
3:Managing HR team of the organization
4:Reviewing HR policies of the organization and application of the same
5.Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be smart with excellent communication skills
Should have experience of handling minimum 150 employees.
Salary: INR 3,50,000 – 4,75,000 PA.
